Q: When will my order ship?
A: By the following Monday from when you sent your order in!
Q: I never got my order.
A: Please get in touch with me through the contact form with your name and order info - in most cases, I'd be happy to send a replacement for free!
Q: Do you take returns/exchanges?
A: If there's a problem, please reach out through the contact form or one of my social media pages, and we'll figure out what the best way to handle it is, but the short answer is yes!
Q: I need to cancel or change my order!
Order cancellations or changes must be sent to me through the contact form or another social media platform within 48 hours of the order being placed.
Q: Can I wash my shirt/hoodie/patches?
A: Yes, you can! All items are heat set fabric ink, and are safe to wash. They're safe to dry, too, but that may be more harsh on the ink than air drying and might lead to cracking.
Q: Are the patches iron on?
A: No, they're raw canvas that has to be stitched or affixed using an iron on sheet.
Q: Will you make merch for (insert your favorite movie here)?
A: Maybe! feel free to reach out and ask. If it's not something I'm super into myself, I also do custom work!
Q: What does a custom product cost?
